The "Lovely Colleen" was a dear friend who was
always there to lend me a hand, quite literally as you'll see. Whenever I needed a spare
body part for a sculpture, I turned to Colleen. I used her neck and the back of her
head for "Manray's
Cello", her hand in "For a Lost Generation", and her forearm in
"Vanilla Queen". One day, semi-pissed off, Colleen told me it was about time I
did a real sculpture of her. No more body parts!
I thank Colleen for all of her care and
patience with my art. She was a great help to me back when I was still learning to
be a life-caster.
